A fill is dated in the future
A future fill usually means the year was entered incorrectly or the tablet clock was wrong. It must be corrected because it prevents an honest overdue calculation.
- Open the tank’s nitrogen fill log.
- Locate the future-dated entry and compare it with the lab’s source record.
- Correct the date, or void the entry if it should not exist.
- Confirm that the dashboard now shows the expected fill status.
