The app did not recognise our column names
Your headings do not need to be renamed. CryoIndex asks you to map any heading it cannot identify automatically.
- Continue to the column-mapping screen.
- For each heading, select the CryoIndex field it represents or choose Not in this file.
- Check the preview before importing; no inventory is written during mapping.
- Save a blank CryoIndex template if you want a reference for future files.
