Scanning does nothing at all

A HID scanner behaves like a keyboard. It must be paired, a barcode field must have focus, and the scanner must send Enter when the scan is complete.

1. Open a plain text or notes app and scan. If no text appears, reconnect the scanner in Android Bluetooth settings.
2. If text appears without moving to a new line, configure a carriage-return or Enter suffix.
3. Return to CryoIndex and tap inside the barcode field before scanning.
