Alerts and outstanding items

“Vials remain unaccounted for”

A box audit expected these vials but did not find them. They remain visible until someone records that each vial was found or is gone.

1. Open Outstanding items and review the recorded position for each vial.
2. Check the physical box and any likely neighbouring position.
3. Record Found if the vial returns to its record, or Gone if the lab has concluded it is no longer present.
4. Select the person making that decision so the finding is closed with attribution.
